From the street, the property commands an elevated, perched presence, which seamlessly transitions into a more nestled and private atmosphere on the north side, home to the primary outdoor living spaces. To soften the structured geometry of the walkways and retaining walls, the design relies heavily on rich, textural foliage. An expansive lawn, deep pool, and spacious pool deck create an inviting environment tailored for family recreation.
