The Lake View House is situated on a stunning site with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe and massive granite boulders. While these boulders and the steep terrain create a unique sense of place, they also pose a challenge for creating functional outdoor living areas. Our design successfully integrates these natural features into the landscape, carving out usable outdoor spaces and pockets for plantings while highlighting the dramatic boulders.
