The Villas at Rancharrah Paseo serves as the development's connecting spine and a vital gathering space for the community. The overarching vision was to create a landscape inspired by the Sierra Nevada and Northern Nevada, interpreted through a contemporary landscape architecture aesthetic. Although portions of the landscape were already established, ELD was tasked with crafting more usable outdoor spaces, enriching the planting palette, increasing homeowner privacy, and adding structural definition to the landscape. This was successfully achieved by designing a variety of spaces with diverse uses and scales from large gathering spaces to small contemplation gardens, providing homeowners with an exceptional amenity.
